Dwelling deep in the heart of the charming town of Cowbridge, Soul & Soma presents the first boutique Wellness Studio to the area. A multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Gold Standard Instructors and Holistic Therapists, cultivates an expert-led, integrative approach to supporting overall physical, emotional and psychological health & wellbeing.
Our services include Reformer and Mat Pilates (small group, classes and 1-2-1), Yoga (including Yin, Mum & Baby, Vinyasa and Ashtanga), Physiotherapy, Injury Rehabilitation, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Reflexology and more.
We offer Pay As You Go, Monthly Membership & Annual Membership options, meaning our flexible approach offers something to everyone. With class options morning, afternoon and evening 7 days a week, and an easy-to-use booking app, convenience really should be our middle name (if we do say so ourselves).

Tiff is a Chartered Physiotherapist working in elite football. With experience working with athletes from a wide range of competitive sporting backgrounds, including gymnastics, triathlon, boxing and cycling, Tiff's specialism lies in sports rehabilitation and injury management.
Although experienced in sports physiotherapy, Tiff also gains great satisfaction helping the general public achieve their goals - whether that be to relieve chronic pain, or to run a 5k. She understands the connection between physical, emotional and psychological health, and has a special interest in treating biopsychosocial factors influencing pain.
Tiff is an APPI trained Pilates instructor, and loves how effective Pilates is as a rehabilitation tool - not only for the physical benefits, but also observing how the mindful movement serves as a holistic tool. She loves teaching beginners Pilates, and watching her students progress.
She also has skills and qualifications in Sports Massage, Dry Needling, Pregnancy Massage and Strength & Conditioning.

Besides practicing yoga and sound healing, you will regularly find me cold water swimming, in the gym, grounding, reading, spending time with friends and family and being surrounded by nature at any given opportunity.
I want to offer a space in which I can encourage you to tune in, slow down and be present. Self care is so important which is why I’m an advocate for holistic practices which are nourishing for both mind, body and soul."

I’m Martha, a Cardiff local living with my two wonderful boys, my partner, and our two playful cats.
Life for me is all about adventure and creativity; whether we’re exploring in our campervan, enjoying the sea, or getting messy with paint and clay.
I started my yoga teacher training journey in 2017, and it quickly became more than a practice. I then trained in baby massage as I enjoyed classes so much with my own newborn.
Over the years beyond my 250 YTT, I’ve trained in a range of disciplines, such as Yin and Restorative Yoga, yoga for mothers and babies, somatic practices, and women’s cycles. My classes are gentle, inclusive, and focused on creating a welcoming space where everyone feels at ease.
Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, I’m here to support you at every step—helping you move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. There’s no pressure, just a chance to explore at your own pace.
Beyond yoga, I run creative workshops and offer skincare and Ayurvedic treatments, bringing a holistic approach to wellness. These practices allow you to tap into creativity and healing, supporting your journey both on and off the mat.

Meet Laura – Your Pilates Instructor
Laura brings a unique blend of expertise and grace to her Pilates teaching, drawing on her background in ballet and a holistic approach to training. She believes in nurturing the body and mind through mindful movement, helping students achieve balance, strength, and overall well-being. With tailored classes designed for all levels, Laura creates a supportive and empowering environment where individuals can build core strength, improve posture, and enhance their connection to their bodies.
Laura is also trained in Holistic Therapies, and offers Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Holistic Massage from our Studio.

I began practicing yoga in 2016 and immediately fell in love with the ancient practice, yoga has become an integral part of my life and been beneficial in so many ways.
I teach a variety of different styles and approaches, keeping to the authentic roots of yoga but in a fun and friendly way.
Everyone is welcome in my classes, whether you are a beginner or looking to deepen your practice.
In my spare time you will find me outdoors being in nature, climbing and hiking and at the gym.
